Khayyam Sarhadi

Khayyam Sarhadi (1949 – February 3, 2011) was a Pakistani film and television actor and a radio personality.
== Early life ==

Khayyam was born to a Muslim family in 1949 in Bombay, to Zia Sarhadi and Zahira Ghaznavi in British India, grew up there. Later he moved to Karachi and stayed there for sometime and moved again to Lahore.
His maternal grandfather, Rafiq Ghaznavi, was a musician and since both his parents were writers, he was into showbiz from an early age. Khayyam went to United States where he got the master's degree in cinematography.
